Hyundai Verna N Line Spotted
The recently spotted test mule was completely camouflaged, but it gave out certain clues that led to believe it might be an N Line variant. The front and rear bumpers both have red accents, and the rear tail lamp is different from the standard model in that it has a darker tint. The red colour treatment is a distinguishing feature of the N Line, and it is also present in the i20 N Line and the Venue N Line.
Furthermore, the test mule showcased red brake calipers, which is another characteristic feature of the N Line. However, it is worth noting that the turbo variant of the regular Verna lineup also comes equipped with red brake calipers. The presence of these red elements on different parts suggests that it could be the N Line variant. If Hyundai intends to introduce the Verna in an N Line iteration, we can anticipate a sportier bumper design, dual exhaust, a fresh set of alloy wheels, and other interior enhancements.
In terms of features, the Hyundai Verna boasts LED headlights, a front LED DRL strip, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, steering-mounted controls, automatic climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, and an integrated air purifier, among other features. We expect that these features will also be retained in the N Line variant.

Hyundai Verna Engine Specifications
Currently, the Verna is offered in two engine options, one is a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and the other is a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The former produces 113 bhp of power and 143 Nm of peak torque while the latter produces 160 bhp of power and 253 Nm of peak torque. The transmission options available with the NA petrol engine is a 6-speed MT and IVT, whereas the turbo petrol engine gets a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed manual transmission options.
Verdict: If Hyundai intends to introduce the Verna N Line in India, it would mark the brand's third N Line offering. The Hyundai Verna N Line is expected to carry a premium price compared to the standard variants and may be available in a limited range of two or three variants.
