The W175 is a small engine motorbike that Kawasaki is getting ready to introduce in India. The W175 will be the brand's entry-level motorbike in the country. The Kawasaki W175 will be a retro-styled bike and will be manufactured in India. Due to local manufacturing, it is anticipated that the new W175 will cost under Rs 2 lakh. Now that the motorcycle's brochure has been leaked, the internet is swamped with information on the W175's engine and other features before it even goes on sale.

Kawasaki W175 Brochure Leak
A 177cc single cylinder engine will power the W175 according to a recently leaked brochure. The engine would be able to generate a maximum torque of 13.2 Nm and 12.8 horsepower. The 5-speed transmission will be mated to the engine.
The upcoming W175 will have fewer body panels and a simple design. It will have a single long seat, analog instrument panel, halogen turn indicators, and a tail lamp in addition to a single halogen headlamp. The motorcycle will include 17-inch spoked wheels, dual 65mm-travel shock absorbers in the back, and 110mm-travel telescopic forks in the front for the suspension. The braking system is composed of a front disc brake and a rear drum brake.

The brochure also gives information on the upcoming Kawasaki premium commuter bike's dimensions. 2,006mm in length, 802mm in width, and 1,052mm in height make up the W175's dimensions. It will have a 1,320 mm wheelbase, 165 mm ground clearance, a 790 mm seat height, weigh 135 kg, and have a 12 litre petrol tank. Ebony and Special Edition Red are the two colours that the W175 will be offered in.
Kawasaki would be able to compete strongly with the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 if it maintains a pricing range between Rs. 1.5 lakh and Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom). Although, the exact details of the motorcycle will be revealed on 25 September.
