The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has launched its most-affordable motorcycle in the Indian market. The latest model in the "W" family, the all-new Kawasaki W175 MY 23, has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). Kawasaki W175 Specifications
Retro style is complemented by the semi-double cradle frame configuration with appropriate swing-arm length, which also provides exceptional longevity. The footpegs, handlebar, and ideal seat height all place the rider in a comfortable posture. Together with the sturdy frame, the front and rear suspensions deliver sufficient shock absorption for a comfortable ride and firm enough damping for enjoyable riding. The settings were tailored to Indian roadways.
It offers a 270 mm disc brake at the front, controlled by a two-piston caliper, and single-channel ABS. A drum brake slows the back while enhancing the vintage appearance. The W175 has 17-inch spoke wheels at the front and rear, suited for a vintage bike.
If we talk about styling, the "W" 3D insignia topped on the fuel tank of the Special Edition makes you think of the legendary Kawasaki W1, the Pioneer of the W series, and the eternal beauty. The Standard edition has an Ebony colour that gives a black dramatic appearance.
Kawasaki W175 Engine
For increased fuel efficiency, the W175 is powered with a 177 cc single-cylinder air-cooled FI engine. It generates 12.8 bhp of power and 13.3 NM of torque for a high-performance ride.
