KTM India is gearing up to launch the all-new KTM 390 Adventure on November 14th, just days after its global debut at EICMA 2024. KTM 390 Adventure R Trim Spied Completely Without Wraps
The highly anticipated 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has made its debut at EICMA 2024. The top-spec 390 Adventure R variant has been showcased, revealing a radical new design inspired by rally bikes. The 390 Adventure R features a striking front end with a Dakar Rally-style fairing, a horseshoe-shaped LED DRL, and twin LED projector headlights. A tall windscreen with a small cutout at the top provides wind protection while allowing airflow to the rider. Additional LED auxiliary lights are mounted at the front for effective illumination on dark patches.
This new update departs from the current model with sizeable upgrades visually, which is something that was already known when the earlier spy shots emerged on the internet. The 390 Adventure R is built around a steel trellis frame, suspended by an adjustable WP fork and a mono-shock rear suspension. Wire-spoke wheels with tube-type tires provide off-road capability, while disc brakes have been employed to handle braking duties efficiently. A protective cover shields the front disc from off-road hazards. The bike is equipped with a color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, as well as cruise control for highway riding.

Engine Details
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure will share its engine with the 2024 KTM 390 Duke. This 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine produces 46 PS and 39 Nm of torque in the Duke. However, KTM may retune the engine for the Adventure model to better suit its off-road capabilities. As for the variants, it is still unknown as to what variants will make the cut for the Indian market.
While the launch is set for November 14, the pricing will be revealed on the same date. As for its rivals, it will continue to rub shoulders with the likes of RE Himalayan 450, BMW G310 GS, and other adventure bikes in the segment.
