Mahindra XUV700: No More Crazy Waiting Times
During its latest statement, Mahindra revealed that approximately 16,000 orders for the Mahindra XUV700 SUV are awaiting fulfillment, marking a 50% reduction in backlog compared to the previous quarter. The company consistently receives around 8,000 bookings monthly for the XUV700, aligning with its manufacturing capacity of approximately 8,000 units monthly. This balance indicates a match between demand and supply.
As a result. Most XUV700 variants can now be delivered within a month, with the highest-spec AX7 L trim requiring just one and a half months. Previously, certain variants faced wait times exceeding a year at their peak. It is also an effect of the smoothening of demand with time and the segment witnessing timely updates.
