Maruti Grand Viatara: New Colours For Sigma Variant
The entry-level Sigma trim of the Maruti Grand Vitara, which was previously limited to just Arctic White, now gets three additional monotone shades: Nexa Blue, Grandeur Grey, and Pearl Midnight Black. With this, the Sigma lineup grows to a total of four options, making the base variant a more attractive proposition for those seeking choice without stretching their budget. These new shades will reach dealerships from mid-September 2025.
For buyers of the Delta and Delta+ trims, Maruti has introduced Pearl Midnight Black as a new addition. With this, these variants now offer seven colour choices in total, which include Nexa Blue, Splendid Silver, Opulent Red, Grandeur Grey, Arctic White, and Chestnut Brown. Deliveries of the new black colour for the Delta trim will commence by the end of August 2025.

Phantom Blaq Edition: The SUV Goes Matte Dark
As part of its celebrations for Nexa's 10th anniversary, Maruti recently rolled out the Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq Edition, an exclusive offering for buyers wanting a bolder look. The SUV swaps its chrome detailing for piano black accents, sits on 17-inch black alloys, and sports a deep matte black finish that sets it apart from the regular trims. Inside, the cabin continues with an all-black leatherette theme highlighted by champagne gold accents. Features remain unchanged, with highlights including a 9-inch infotainment system with wireless connectivity, panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, heads-up display, and six airbags.
The Phantom Blaq Edition is offered only with the strong hybrid Alpha+ variant, powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor and eCVT gearbox, producing a combined 116 PS and 141 Nm. The highlight is its impressive 27 km/l fuel efficiency, making it not just stylish but also economical to run.
