Maruti Suzuki, Indias largest four-wheeler manufacturer has partnered with Quiklyz by Mahindra Finance for its Subscribe program. With this partnership, the Maruti Suzuki subscription platform will be strengthened to serve more customers. Quiklyz will offer a white plate subscription for the Maruti Suzuki range of vehicles. The Company has further added the Kolkata market to its Subscription program.
At present, Maruti Suzuki Subscribe offers 10 models in 20 cities, including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, Mangalore, Mysore, and Kolkata. Customers can subscribe to the service through Quiklyz, Orix, Myles, and ALD, which are four subscription partners. It also gives clients the option of choosing between white or black registration plates, giving them even more choice in their car ownership.

Maruti Suzuki first introduced its subscription service in 2020, allowing customers to own a car without having to pay for it outright. At a fixed monthly rental rate, a customer can choose from a variety of tenure options ranging from 1 to 5 years. This monthly rental covers the cost of car usage, registration, maintenance, insurance, and other common vehicle-related services. When the lease period is out, the customer has the option of switching to a new car or purchasing the car he or she has rented. The program also gives clients the option of canceling their subscription at any time.
Mr. Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, The car subscription is a relatively new concept for the customers in India. In less than two years of its launch, we have received a phenomenal customer response for Maruti Suzuki Subscribe with nearly 1,00,000 enquiries. The Subscription program allows the customer to select from a bouquet of vehicle options." The cars available for a subscription includes the Swift, Baleno, Brezza, Dzire, etc.
Maruti Suzuki also introduced a marketplace model for Maruti Suzuki Subscribe, which functioned as a single platform for numerous partners to offer personalised car subscription packages at competitive pricing. Under the slogan 'Your choice of automobile,' it provides increased convenience and freedom to modern-day car consumers. 'You get to choose your subscription service.'

Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Turra Mohammed, SVP & Business Head, Quiklyz, said Car subscription is gaining pace as customers ownership preference is changing across all segments, including individual, professional, SME, and corporate. Subscription provides super convenience and unmatched flexibility, something that customers expect and want from their car ownership experience.
