Last Updated on 31st Oct'23:Despite the launch of the new Celerio last year, Maruti has yet to introduce this model under the Tour segment. Once it happens, the Celerio H2 is expected to become a compelling alternative to the Wagon R Tour, catering to the needs of commercial tour operators and offering another option in this market segment.
Celerio Tour H2 Taxi Engine: Powered by a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol motor, in CNG, this motor pumps out 56 bhp of power with a peak torque of 82 Nm. It gets mated to a 5-speed manual transmission only in CNG. A 5-speed AMT is available with the petrol motor. The ARAI-certified mileage of CNG sticks to 35.6 km/kg.
Celerio Tour H2 Taxi Price: We expect the CNG version of the H2 to be priced from Rs 6 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. It will be a great alternative to Maruti Wagon R.
