Simple Dot One electric scooter in India, originally offered at an introductory price, is now available for Rs. 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). You can secure your Simple Dot One by pre-booking it at Rs. 1,947. The electric scooter will start its deliveries soon in Bengaluru, followed by other cities in the coming months.

Simple Dot One E-Scooter: Details
The Dot One, a budget-friendly alternative to the Simple One scooter, comes in four standard colours: Namma Red, Grace White, Brazen Black, and Azure Blue. Additionally, there are two custom colour options available, namely LightX and BrazenX. Apart from its specifications and range, the Dot One shares a similar design with the flagship Simple One.
The Dot One comes packed with some cool features, such as all-LED lighting, a user-friendly touchscreen, onboard maps and navigation, and seamless app connectivity to make your riding experience even better. It also includes handy functions like a Boot Lamp, Bluetooth 4.2 Connectivity, Motor Kill and Ignition, Multi-toggle, Reverse, Horn, Indicator, High-Low-Pass Beam, Parking assist, Over-the-air updates, Positioning, Document storage, Connected mobile app, Monthly and Overall ride statistics.

It boasts an impressive claimed range of 160 km according to the IDC, making it stand out in its segment. This is made possible by a 3.7kWh lithium-ion battery pack, and the scooter comes with a 750W charger. Propelling the scooter is an 8.5kW electric motor that delivers a peak torque of 72Nm. Additionally, Simple Energy asserts that the Dot One can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.77 seconds.
Dot one runs on 12-inch alloy wheels fitted with specially crafted tires designed to optimize the range, as highlighted by the company. Additionally, it comes with a combined braking system for enhanced safety and control.
