Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is an updated advanced car that offers commendable driving, cabin space, and several other features. Other features include a large touchscreen system, push-button start, steering mounted controls, automatic climate control, etc.
Ciaz offers intelligent key, adaptive cruise control, electronically adjustable ORVMs, and the rest basic features that come as standard. Skoda Slavia will be launched very soon in India by the end of 2021. The whole list of features is not yet announced. After launching Kushaq, Skoda Slavia will be sold as the second product from its expanding plant in India and it will carry an attractive aggressive stance and will sort of looks like a combination of Superb and Octavia. The Slavia too will be heavily loaded with features and is expected to come with auto climate control, rear ac vents, a large touchscreen system, automatic headlamps and many other safety features as standard.

Ciaz is powered by a 1.5-litre K15 Smart Hybrid Petrol Engine capable of producing 105ps of maximum power and 138 Nm of peak torque. The car comes equipped with smart hybrid technology that includes a set of lithium-ion and Lead-acid dual batteries for enhanced driving experience and better fuel efficiency. The sedan comes mated to a five-speed manual and four-speed automatic transmission.
Skoda Slavia will offer German-engineered powerful and efficient TSI engines. The sedan will come with a choice of two engines to offer both superior driving performance and higher levels of efficiency. The entry-level 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI engine will produce 114bhp of maximum power while the four-cylinder 1.5-litre TSI is capable of churning out 148bhp of maximum power.

The sedan will be front-wheel drive and the bigger 1.5-litre motor will be installed with active cylinder technology (ACT) that automatically shuts down two cylinders when the engine is revving at low speed, enhancing the fuel efficiency. The Skoda Slavia will be mated to a six-speed manual gearbox as standard and a six-speed automatic transmission as optional for the 1.0-litre TSI while the 1.5-litre TSI can also be paired with a seven-speed DSG.

Skoda Slavia will be available with two engine options whereas Ciaz will only be available with a single-engine option. A plus point for Ciaz is that it comes with smart hybrid technology. Both the automotive giants have stopped producing diesel engines and are only available with petrol only.
