Suzuki Scooters Have Now Become Dearer - Check Out The New vs Old Price List

Just yesterday, we brought to you a news piece related to the price hike of all the Hero MotoCorp scooters currently on sale in India. You can read that article by clicking HERE and now it's time for some other automakers too. So, Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited has just announced a nominal price hike for its gearless scooters. The company has two gearless scooters in its Indian portfolio and so, here we have the New vs Old Price List of the Suzuki Access 125 and the Burgman Street 125.

So, as you have seen in the above table, Suzuki has hiked the prices of the gearless between just Rs. 314 - Rs. 1,414, depending on the model and the variant. Also, what's interesting is that the company has not increased the price of the standard variant of the Suzuki Access 125 and it still retails at Rs. 71,000. All prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. The Access 125 and the Burgman Street share the underpinnings and mechanicals with each other. Both these gearless scooters now also get an all-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.

Both these gearless scooters are powered by a BS6 compliant 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This motor churns out 8.7 PS of maximum power at 6750 RPM and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a CVT. What are your thoughts on the new prices of these scooters?
