Tata Harrier is one of the most popular mid-size SUVs in the Indian market and it has grasped a fair amount of sales in the Indian market. While it is equipped with all the latest tech and features one needs in today's world, still, the rivals offer more for less. Tata is now gearing up for the facelift of Tata Harrier and we have got all the details here.

Sharing with the changes inside then it now gets a larger touchscreen infotainment system with an improved UI interface. We can also expect that the music system could also be updated with the facelifted model and iRA-connected car tech to be offered in the mid-spec trims.

We can also expect a new upholstery design and a re-worked dashboard design on the inside. Rest, everything is expected to remain the same as before. The facelifted Harrier will now also gain a 360-degree camera which helps the driver park the vehicle easily at tighter spots.

The changes on the outside are expected to be subtle. Do expect a tweaked front and rear bumper design, redesigned grille and alloy wheels. If the petrol motor makes its debut with the Harrier facelift then we can also expect a certain badging of it too at the bootlid.

As far as the petrol motor is concerned then it is a 1.5L turbocharged unit that is expected to produce 148 bhp of power. It will be offered with both a manual and automatic transmission when it is launched.

Currently, the Harrier is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel unit. This is an FCA-sourced engine that is seen on the Jeep Compass as well as MG Hector. It generates 168 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 350 Nm. It gets mated to a six-speed stick shift as standard and a six-speed torque converter automatic as an option.
