Tata Motors has launched the Gold Edition Safari on the occasion of the upcoming Vivo IPL 2021 in Dubai. The new model is priced at Rs 21.89 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). With this, Tata has added two new colour schemes to the existing colour palette for Safari. These include White Gold and Black Gold. The former has been derived from the Frost white paint option and comes with a black roof for an enhanced appearance.
On the other hand, the Black Gold is based on the Intense Coffee Bean shaded and offers a black exterior. It even boasts radiant golden accents strewn at many places on the outside as well as inside. The cabin comes with a dark marble finish trim and golden accents on many parts of the cabin. Few other highlights of the interior include an Oyster White Diamond Quilted leather and front-ventilated seats.
Tata offers wireless charging, air purifier system, 8.8-inch infotainment touchscreen system that supports Android Auto as well as Apple Carplay. Tata Safaris Gold Edition would make its debut at the VIVO IPL 2021 in Dubai. Further making the game more interesting, Tata Motors has also introduced the Safari Gold Hit Challenge for this season.
The homegrown automakers have also decided to contribute Rs 2 lakhs to The Akshaya Patra Foundation, a NGO that works towards the health crisis relief within the country.

Tata with the launch of its Safari five months ago, was able to sell 10,000 of its units in the market. The Gold Edition Safari will also be displayed at the stadiums where the IPL will be conducted. The Gold Edition also comes equipped with 18-inch Charcoal black alloy wheels, same as before.
