Tata Motors has finally launched the Tigor EV in Nepal and it is available in three variants - XE, XM and XZ+. The top of the line, XZ+ variant is also available with dual-tone colour options. This electric sedan is priced from Rs 29.99 lakh to Rs 32.99 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

Tata Tigor EV gets the latest Ziptron technology and is powered by a 26kWh, liquid-cooled, high-density battery pack that generates as much as 55kW of power on tap with a peak torque of 170 Nm. This unit is mated to a single-speed automatic gearbox and the claimed ARAI range sticks to 306 km.

Feature-wise, the Tigor EV gets a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a multi-function steering wheel with tilt adjustment, power-folding outside rear-view mirrors, portable charging cable, push-button start and others.
Tata Tigor EV is also safest in its segment as it scored a global NCAP rating of 4 stars. Other safety features on this electric sedan include a high-speed alert system, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, front seat belt reminder, dual airbags at the front, rear parking sensors, hill descent function, hill hold control and more.
Tata Tigor EV also gets a standard warranty of 8 years or 1,60,000 km, whichever is at earliest.
