Hyundai Casper
The Maruti Ignis and Tata Punch rival, Hyundai Casper is likely to be unveiled at the 2023 Auto Expo. A funky design set-up with modern features up to the brim will be the talking point of Casper. Mechanically, we believe a 1.2L non-turbo petrol motor will be available and 1.0L turbo petrol for the higher trims. Expect the price to start from Rs 5.75 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Maruti Jimny 5-Door
Maruti showcased the 3-door Jimny at the 2020 Auto Expo, however, the launch was not confirmed for the Indian market. Now, several spy shots of the 5-door Jimny have been caught on Indian roads and we expect the carmaker to unveil the 5-door Jimny at next year's Auto Expo.
Maruti Baleno Cross
The upcoming Baleno Cross is also expected to make its debut at the 2023 Auto Expo. This will be the next offering from Nexa and is expected to be feature-loaded. Also, we can expect the 1.0L BoosterJet petrol engine to make its comeback with the Baleno Cross.
Hyundai Creta Facelift
Hyundai launched the new-gen Creta in March 2020 and immediately it became one of the best-selling mid-size SUVs. It even dethroned the popular, Kia Seltos. Fast forward to 2023, we expect Hyundai to launch the Creta facelift at the next year's Auto Expo. The facelifted Creta is expected to get ADAS too. The engine options will remain the same as before. Do expect a hike in price.

Kia Seltos Facelift
Kia is likely to introduce Seltos facelift at the next year's Auto Expo. Loaded with features up to the brim and offering revamped interiors, the prices of this mid-size SUV will definitely rise up from the current version. This SUV will be powered by three engine options - 1.4L turbo petrol, 1.5L petrol and 1.5L diesel.
Tata Harrier and Safari Facelift
At the 2020 Auto Expo, Tata Motors unveiled the V2 version of the Harrier. At the 2023 Auto Expo, the Indian carmaker can follow the same theme as well. We can expect Tata to launch the facelifted versions of the Harrier as well as their flagship SUV, Safari. Expect both models to get a 360-degree camera, a larger touchscreen and more. Also, the carmaker can surprise us with the CNG version of the Punch too along with petrol versions of the Safari and Harrier.
Bonus Car
Ola Electric Car
Yes, even though the carmaker has announced they will bring their electric car in 2024, there are chances that they could showcase the model at the 2023 Auto Expo. The company claims that their car can do 0 to 100 kmph sprint in just 5 seconds and gets a range of over 500 km on a single charge.
Verdict
While we will witness several car launches at the 2023 Auto Expo, there are some carmakers who are not participating in the event. Some names are Jeep, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, Audi and more.
