TVS NTORQ 125 XT was spotted at a dealership. The new variant of the scooter will offer more tech & unique colour options.
Soon after TVS teased the NTORQ XT variant online; the TVS NTORQ 125 XT started arriving at dealerships. The upcoming scooter was spotted in the TVS showroom ahead of its launch. In a complete ready to be sold avatar, the new scooter is now more tech-rich & visually appealing.
TVS NTORQ 125 XT Variant
The new variant of the powerful 125cc scooter is equipped with new features & new design. The photos show that TVS has draped the scooter in a new matte-black and lime colour design. The graphics overall give it a more aggressive appeal which is done to attract a young audience.
Apart from the graphics, TVS ensured that the XT variant stands apart from the regular variants. To do that, a different set of alloy wheels, seat stitching with XT badging, and a new all-digital instrument panel have been fitted. The new digital screen shows multiple data which aids the rider's convenience & safety. The digital screen also remembers the birthday of the rider as well as it has a 'Last Lap Record' function. This indicates that the new XT variant of the NTORQ is well-kitted for the segment standards.
TVS already offers the NTORQ in 3 variants - Standard, Super Squad Edition, & Race Edition. The new offering will be the fourth and top variant in the lineup. Some of the features that NTORQ already offers are - LED headlights, LED taillights, turn-by-turn navigation, lap timer, under-seat LED light, Bluetooth connectivity with voice command, & riding modes. All of the above features are already present in the NTORQ; we suspect the XT version will add more features.
Mechanically, the new variant will remain the same. It uses a 124cc, single-cylinder, 3-valve engine which produces 9.25 hp of peak power & 10.5 Nm of peak torque. The XP variant of NTORQ is tuned to deliver 10.2 hp of peak power.
Currently, the TVS NTORQ is sold between Rs 77,106 - 89,211 ex-showroom pan India. The new XT variant is expected to be the top-end model & will cost more than the current price. With its arrival at the showroom; we anticipate that the launch is very close by. Rivals for the NTORQ remain the Hero Maestro Edge 125, Suzuki Avenis, Honda Grazia 125, & Aprilia SR 125.
