MG has been testing the upcoming Hector facelift for a considerable amount of time as it gets ready to introduce the facelift to the Indian market. Hector's facelift spy photos have previously emerged online multiple times, and now a fresh set of shots has been leaked. The interior of the upcoming Hector facelift is revealed in the new images.

MG Hector Facelift Spy Shots
The fresh spy photos reveal the test mule's automatic gear lever, new 14-inch touchscreen infotainment, and three-spoke steering wheel. The infotainment screen also feature the controls for the HVAC. The interior was blackened, making other changes unnoticeable. The upcoming Hector facelift will, according to prior reports, include a reworked front fascia with dual-pod LED headlamps. At the rear an updated tail lamp, as well as other aesthetic improvements to distinguish it from the current iteration. The SUV is anticipated to have a completely new dashboard design with new air conditioning vents.
Additionally, the level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) is anticipated to be a part of the features of the Hector facelift. All other information is still a secret; the manufacturer has only shown the new touchscreen infotainment in prior teasers.
Hector facelift will have the same mechanical options as previously, including the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, 1.5-litre hybrid-petrol, and 2.0-litre diesel engines. Also, the transmission options will remain the same with these powertrains.

Verdict: Although MG has kept a tightlip about the precise launch date for the Hector facelift, but it may happen before the end of the year. Additionally, the brand might make the same changes to the Hector Plus after the Hector facelift, but this is currently just speculative. The brand might also sell the most recent model of the SUV in addition to the facelift.
