Yezdi Motorcycles has launched the latest iteration of the Yezdi Adventure with some cosmetic updates and a new engine. The brand has launched the motorcycle with a starting price of Rs 2.10 lakh (ex-showroom). The new 2024 Adventure comes with a 334cc Alpha 2 engine which the brand claims is more refined than the previous iteration. Yezdi Adventure - Old Vs New Pricing
The new Yezdi Adventure is priced at Rs 2.10 lakh to Rs 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The pricing of the motorcycle is Rs 6,000 more cheaper than the previous generation which was priced at Rs 2.16 lakh (ex-showroom).
Yezdi Adventure Design - Old Vs New
The new Yezdi Adventure comes with minor design changes which makes the bike more appealing. The previous iteration was fitted with big tank extensions that looked heavier on the motorcycle. On the other hand, the new model gets more subtle tank guard rails with a plastic insert and gets ESTD.69 written on it. The brand has also made some changes to the graphics of the motorcycle.

With the launch of the updated model the brand has introduced new colour options as well. The old and new colour options are given below.

Yezdi Adventure Engine - Old Vs New
To enhance the performance of the motorcycle the brand has added a new Alpha 2 engine in the motorcycle. It is a 334cc, liquid-cooled engine producing 29.60 PS of power and 29.56 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission.
If we compare it with the previous iteration, there is a minor difference in the power and torque number. The brand claims that the new Alpha 2 engine is more refined and offers better durability than the previous version. Moreover, the brand has updated the thermodynamics of the motorcycle and made some changes to the exhaust routing with the header coming from under the engine. Also, the new Adventure gets a relocated cooler reservoir now placed behind the sump guard.
Yezdi Adventure Hardware & Features - Old Vs New
Both iterations offer the same hardware with telescopic front forks, rear mono shock absorber, front and rear disc brake, dual-channel ABS, 21-inch front spoke wheels, and 17-inch rear spoke wheels. The motorcycle comes with off-road tyres for better traction on and off the road.
On the features front, the new model continues to get a digital instrument console, switchable ABS, and hazard lamps among other features.

Verdict
With the new updates the new Yezdi Adventure will become a more worthy rival in its segment. It is currently one of the most affordable ADV motorcycle available in the Indian market. The new engine updates are expected to make it more reliable, more potent and more refined as compared to the previous generation version.
