Hyundai is all set to launch the new third-generation Hyundai i20 in India in the coming days. The launch of the new 2020 Hyundai i20 is scheduled to take place on November 5, 2020. Now, ahead of the official launch, Hyundai has revealed almost all the details of the all-new i20. The dealer dispatches of the car have also already commenced and the deliveries might begin very soon after the launch. The new Hyundai i20 gets multiple engines and transmission options and the car here gets a 1.2-litre petrol engine under the hood. Though the Asta variant is the second top model, it comes loaded with almost all the bells and whistles one would expect from a car of this price. In fact, it even gets an electric sunroof. The i20 in the video was finished in Polar White shade but it gets several other colour options too.

The new Hyundai i20 will be offered in four variants - Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta (O. It will be available in eight colour options, out of which six will be mono-tone colours and two will be dual-tone options. The mono-tone colour variants are Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, Starry Night and Metallic Copper. Except for the base Magna trim, all other variants will get two dual-tone shades too. Talking about engine options, it will get three BS6-compliant engines - 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol, 1.0-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
There will be multiple transmission options on offer. It might get a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a CVT (IVT), a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) and a segment-first 6-speed iMT (intelligent Manual Transmission). The new i20 will be loaded with features up to the gills including some segment-first ones like a big 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Hyundai's BlueLink connected car technology. It will also get an all-digital instrument cluster, an electric sunroof, premium Bose speakers, air purifier and many more goodies.

As already mentioned before, the launch of the new 2020 Hyundai i20 is scheduled to take place on November 5, 2020. The bookings for the same are already open and one can book it online through the company's official website or by visiting their nearest Hyundai dealership by paying a token amount of Rs. 21,000.
