This modified Thar has been shared by a famous YouTuber Abhinav Bhatt who owns a Honda CB 350. This time around he takes us through his friend's workshop where they have beautifully carved out this Thar. While other workshops are aesthetically building the new Thar for off-roading, here we get a mix of both the world - convenience and the go-to anywhere attitude.

Moving to the interiors of this modified 2020 Mahindra Thar first then you immediately get to see the custom made red and black PU leather seat covers which really gels with the exteriors of this SUV. Then the owner has also opted for the hydro dip carbon finish which again makes the Thar a premium off-roader. This is observed on the centre console, door panels, AC vents, grab handle, infotainment unit and other areas.
Like on the seats, the steering too has been stitched with leather and gets contrast red highlights. Another addition to offering more convenience is the placement of a custom armrest. The new Thar is not just designed for taking it off-road but also cruising on highways. So one will need an armrest to rest their elbow.
What's special about this custom armrest is that it is sliding in function and also double up as rear AC vents which is a dire need in Delhi-NCR region or the North where temperature touch up to 50 degrees. Another interesting bit at the rear seat is how the wheel arches have been put in good use.
Yes, for the rear passengers the wheel arches have been doubled as an armrest with cup holders fitted inside. This puts the Thar into a comfortable highway cruiser but that's not all. This custom-fit armrest with cup holder now also comes with a charging socket which definitely adds to the convenience factor.
