2020 Mahindra TUV300 Plus: Looks and Colour Options
Mahindra TUV300 Plus is a plus-sized iteration of the TUV300 compact-SUV. It replaces the Xylo in Mahindra's India line-up. The TUV300 Plus is almost identical to the TUV300 in terms of aesthetic appeal up to the B-pillar. However, post that things start changing as it gets a longer overhanging and a re-designed rear end. At the front, it gets a vertically stacked-out five-slate grille with subtle chrome inserts and rectangular fog lamps. The TUV300 Plus has a typical SUV~ish boxy design and it runs on 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, it gets a tail-gate mounted spare wheel. The TUV300 Plus is available in five colour variants: Glacier White, Majestic Silver, Bold Black, Dynamo Red and Molten Orange.

2020 Mahindra TUV300 Plus: Engine and Transmission
The Mahindra TUV300 Plus is powered by a 2.2-litre mHawk D120 diesel engine. This oil-burner churns out 120 PS of power at 4000 RPM and 280 Nm of torque between 1800-2800 RPM. Currently, the TUV300 Plus is BS4-compliant and the updated BS6 model will be launched really soon. As per the latest reports, the TUV300 Plus BS6 will get the same engine but with more power and torque. The BS6 TUV300 Plus is expected to borrow the BS6 Scorpio's mill and it will develop around 140 PS of power at 3750 RPM and 320 Nm of torque between 1500-2800 RPM. The engine will come mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The TUV300 Plus is a fairly-equipped car from Mahindra. Also, it is a very spacious SUV with good practicality and can seat nine people at once. It gets a bench in the middle-row and the jump seats at the rear to seat four passengers. So, travelling together with your extended family members is not a problem if you own a TUV300 Plus. The TUV300 Plus gets a dual-tone black and beige interior that enhances its appeal. Talking about features, it gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with GPS navigation, etc. The safety features of the SUV include ABS with EBD, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors, seat-belt reminder, high-speed alert system, etc.

The BS4-compliant Mahindra TUV300 Plus was available in three variants: P4, P6 and P8. It was priced between Rs. 9.92 lakhs - Rs. 11.42 lakhs. All prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. The detailed variant-wise prices are mentioned in the table below:

The Mahindra TUV300 Plus has no direct rivals in the Indian market. However, indirectly it rivals against the Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, Mahindra Bolero, Mahindra Scorpio, Tata Hexa, etc. Finally, talking about the verdict, so if you want a spacious, practical and a capable SUV in the budget to travel together with your dear ones and even your extended family members, then you should definitely consider buying the Mahindra TUV300 Plus.
