Royal Enfield has finally launched the new-generation 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 in India today. The price of the new 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6 starts in India at Rs 1.84 lakhs and it goes all the way up to Rs 2.15 lakhs, Ex-showroom Chennai. The new-gen Classic 350 gets a host of updates, including new features and an all-new powertrain. 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 - What's New?

The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 might look the same as its predecessor but in reality, it has got several updates. At the front, the motorcycle gets a re-designed headlamp which is a halogen unit with chrome surrounds. The motorcycle also gets new graphics on the body panels and even an updated rear-end. The new-generation Classic 350 is based on Royal Enfield's new J-platform that also underpins the Meteor 350. The Classic 350's single-cradle frame has been now replaced by a double-downtube unit. It also shares its engine with the Meteor 350 and finally gets some new modern features too.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 - Engine Specifications

The new 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is powered by a new BS6 compliant 349cc, single-cylinder, air & oil-cooled engine and it gets an electronic fuel-injection system too. This BS6 motor churns out 20.2 PS of maximum power and 27 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. This is the same engine that does its duty in the Meteor 350. This new motor replaces the old 346cc UCE mill of the Classic 350. The new-gen Classic 350's engine will have more usable torque and very less vibrations.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 - Hardware and Features

The new-gen Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets fatter 41 mm telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear. The braking duties on the motorcycle are performed by a 300 mm disc brake at the front and it gets a 270 mm disc unit at the rear. It gets dual-channel ABS as standard while the lower variants can also be had with a drum brake at the rear with a single-channel ABS. In terms of features, the new Classic 350 gets an LCD display with a fuel gauge and twin trip meters. The top-spec Chrome variant of the motorcycle also gets Royal Enfield's new Tripper navigation display.
