2022 Bajaj CT 125X commuter motorcycle has been spied ahead of its official debut. It is based on a similar design as that of the CT 110X.
Bajaj is soon going to debut a new CT series commuter bike in India. How? Well, a delivery-ready 2022 Bajaj CT 125X has been spied at a dealership yard. The upcoming bike will be a more powerful variant of the CT brand. The spied bike featured some interesting features and specs.

Bajaj CT 125X Details
The spied bike seems largely based on the current Bajaj CT 110X. The design is almost similar with rugged looks carried forward. The front includes the round halogen headlight with a small cowl at the top. This cowl has a V-shape LED DRL embedded in it. It also covers the instrument cluster from dust. One can also spot the fork gaiter kit that makes it look rough & tough bike.
Bajaj has used the tubeless alloy wheels on this upcoming bike. Even the headlight features twin protector tubes. The headlight cowl and the fuel tank have graphics inspired by the 110X as well. However, the instrument panel and switchgear are the same old unit and it looks outdated now. The seat is a single-piece setup with wide cushioning.
Bajaj will also provide it with protective and utility features. The spied bike has a tail luggage mount and a wide crash guard installed. A bash-plate is also visible to protect the exhaust pipe (most probably the catalytic converter). A USB phone charging socket has also been provided underneath the handlebar.
Engine & Specifications
No matter how similar it looks to the 110X, it will come with a bigger engine. Yes, Bajaj will be using a 125cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine to power this new model. This engine is expected to come paired with a 4-speed gearbox. In terms of suspension, the front has a telescopic fork setup whilst the rear uses a dual spring setup.
For braking duties, Bajaj has fitted the 125X with drum brakes at both ends. However, we wish it features disc brakes at least as an option once launched. The current CT 110X is priced at Rs 66,296 ex-showroom. We anticipate that the CT 125X will come a few thousand costlier than it. Upon launch, it will rival the likes of TVS Raider 125 & Honda SP 125.
