Hyundai Motors India Limited (HMIL) has officially revealed its premium SUV Tucson in India. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson comes with a plethora of features and Hyundai's new 'Sensuous Sportiness" design language. The brand claims that its premium SUV features over 29 best in class and segment first features.

If we talk about the design of the SUV, the new global design language of the brand boast the beauty of the vehicle. It gets a new dark chrome parametric front grille with integrated LED DRLs. The front skid plate and vertically placed LED headlamps on the bumper adds to the bold character of this SUV. It has broadside cladding, sharp wheel arches, and 235/60 R18 diamond cut alloy wheels on the side. The roof rails help improve the SUV's posture. The big split tail lamps in the rear stand out impressively next to an illuminated light stripe.

On the inside, the 2022 Tucson gets premium black and light grey dual tone interiors with integrated silver accents on crashpad and doors and soft touch materials. It also gets a four-spoke steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, and other convenience features. It also has touch-based HVAC controls with a multi-air mode, dual-zone climate control, and heated and ventilated front seats. The Hyundai Bluelink in the Tucson delivers more than 60 connected car capabilities.
The all-new Hyundai TUCSON has a number of cutting-edge safety features, including Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 technology (ADAS). Six airbags, ESP, hill descent control, hill assist control, and all-disc brakes are additional standard advanced safety equipment.

2022 Hyundai Tucson Engine
Both petrol and diesel engines will be offered for the new Tucson. The 2.0-liter VGT diesel engine with an eight-speed automated transmission generates 416Nm of torque and 184bhp of maximum power. On the other hand, the 2.0-liter petrol engine produces 192Nm of torque and 154bhp of power. An automatic transmission with six speeds is included with this engine.
HMIL has not revealed the price of the SUV at the moment and it is expected to be launched in August
