Bajaj has quietly introduced the Avenger 220 Street in India at a price of Rs 1.42 lakh (ex-showroom). The Avenger 220 Street's smaller sibling has proven to be a successful product for the brand. The Avenger 160 Street has been attracting a significant number of customers for city commutes. In 2020, Bajaj discontinued the Avenger 220 Street due to the implementation of BS6 norms. 2023 Bajaj Avenger 220 Street
The Avenger 2023 model borrows from and includes the Avenger 160 Street's design cues. The headlamp assembly, rearview mirror, fuel tank, round side indicators, grab rail, and other parts are comparable features. The fuel tank's fuel tank lid and indicator lights are enclosed in a blacked-out section. The instrument cluster is totally digital in this variation. A small LED DRL, a compact windscreen, and a halogen headlamp are all included in the front end's equipment.
The bike has dual shock absorbers at the back, telescopic front suspension, and alloy wheels as far as hardware goes. The motorcycle also has a rear drum brake measuring 130mm and a single 280mm front disc brake with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System).
2023 Bajaja Avenger 220 Street Engine
It comes with a 220cc air-cooled engine used in the Cruise model. The maximum power output of this engine is 18.77 bhp, while the maximum torque is 17.55 Nm. Additionally, a 5-speed gearbox is available with this engine. The engine is OBD2 compliant and supports E20 fuel blend.
