2023 KIA Seltos

The 2023 KIA Seltos facelift has undergone updates to its exterior, interior, features, and engine. At the front, changes include the repositioning of LED DRLs, adjustments to the headlamps, a larger front grille, and new lower bumper skid plates. On the sides, the alloy wheel design has been altered, with significant changes to the alloy design on lower models with 17-inch wheels. The rear of the SUV now features a connected tail lamp and a redesigned tailgate. Additionally, the 2023 Seltos is equipped with a dual exhaust system. The GT Line & X-Line variants come with 18-inch alloy wheels and various cosmetic changes inside and out. The brand has also tuned the dampening on the suspensions.

2023 KIA Seltos Interior & Features

Regarding the features, the updated version has introduced several new additions to the 2023 KIA Seltos facelift. These include a panoramic dual display system, which consists of a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument console. Furthermore, the voice control now supports multiple languages. The center console has undergone a redesign, incorporating physical controls for both the infotainment system and air conditioning. The feature enhancements extend to dual-zone climate control, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, leatherette seats, and various other upgrades in the vehicle's features.

2023 KIA Seltos Safety Features

Safety has been significantly improved in the Seltos with the addition of 15 standard safety features. These include six airbags, ABS, brake assist, ESC, VSM, all 4 disc brakes, hill assist control, rear parking sensors, and various other safety measures. The higher variants are equipped with additional safety enhancements, such as traction control with modes, ADAS level 2 features, a 360-degree camera, blind view monitor, and various other advanced safety features.

2023 KIA Seltos Engine

The Seltos now provides customers with a total of three powertrain options, including two existing choices and a newly added one. The first existing option is a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, capable of producing 115 PS of power and 144 Nm of torque. This engine comes paired with a 6-speed manual and IVT gearbox. The second option is a 1.5-liter diesel engine that delivers 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque, which is mated to a 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT gearbox.

As for the new addition, there is a 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine that generates an impressive 158 bhp of power and 253 Nm of peak torque. This new engine is available with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) as well as an intelligent manual transmission (iMT) gearbox.
