Upcoming Tata Nexon Facelift Trims To Get New Titles
As per previous reports, Tata Motors is in the process of departing from its older nomenclature, which featured designations starting with 'X' such as XE, XM, XM+, XZ+, and XZ+ Lux. Instead, the company is opting for a nomenclature similar to that of the Tata Punch model. The upcoming Tata Nexon facelift will encompass a range of trims, including Smart, Smart+, Smart+ (S), Pure, Pure (S), Creative, Creative+, Creative+ (S), Fearless, Fearless (S), and Fearless+ (S) according to some reports. This shift in naming conventions aims to simplify Tata's comprehensive and sometimes perplexing naming system for the benefit of consumers, offering a more straightforward approach.

Interior And Exterior Leaked
Exclusive insights have also been provided into the Nexon facelift's exterior and interior design. The changes on the exterior, which seem to draw inspiration from the Curvv concept, encompass a new split-headlamp arrangement, a full-width LED tail-light, and an updated alloy wheel design, among others. Furthermore, the facelifted Nexon boasts a redesigned dashboard with slimmer AC vents, a touch-based HVAC control panel, an enlarged touchscreen, and a digital instrument cluster.
Notably, while several enhancements are evident, Tata Motors has chosen to retain familiar features. They encompass the rotary drive mode selector and manual handbrake to name a few.
Powertrain
Remaining consistent, the Nexon facelift will retain the existing engine options. It includes the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and the 1.5-litre diesel engine. For the petrol variant, four gearbox alternatives will be available: a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, and an AMT. Meanwhile, the diesel engine exclusively features 6-speed gearboxes.
Verdict
The impending Nexon facelift is set to ignite excitement within the automotive market with its array of enhancements. From a striking exterior redesign to a revamped interior equipped with advanced features, the Nexon facelift is set to captivate enthusiasts and buyers alike. With the continuation of reliable powertrain options, the model offers a diversified driving experience.
