Hero MotoCorp has officially launched the updated 2024 Xtreme 160R in India, now priced at Rs 1,11,111, which is Rs 10,525 less than the previous version, which was available for Rs 1,21,636 (both ex-showroom Delhi). The new model introduces enhanced features and a more comfortable seat but is now offered exclusively in Stealth Black with a single disc variant. 1. First-In-Segment Drag Race Timer
The latest version of the 2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 2V introduces an enhanced Drag Race Timer, featuring a new D1 mode that measures acceleration from 0 to 60 km/h. Additionally, the D2 mode tracks quarter-mile performance, measuring acceleration over 402 meters. This update promises to elevate the racing experience for enthusiasts looking to test their speed and performance. It gets this feature from the 4V variant of the Hero Xtreme.
2. New H-shaped LED Tail Lamp
The updated Xtreme 160R 2V now sports a sleek and sharper LED tail light reminiscent of the 4V model. It comes equipped with a digital touchscreen console that boasts adjustable brightness, providing clear visibility of key metrics like the tachometer, odometer, trip meter, speedometer, and fuel gauge in large, easy-to-read fonts. Additional functionalities include a digital clock and a pass switch. Notably, the bike incorporates XSens Technology, Auto Sail Technology, and Side Stand Engine Cut-off technology for enhanced performance and safety. 4. Retained Mechanics
The Hero Xtreme 160R 2V retains its proven engine and chassis components, featuring the same full-LCD instrument console as its predecessor. It is equipped with a 163cc, 2-valve, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that delivers 15.2 PS and 14 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed transmission.

5. Hardware Componentry With A Single Piece Seat
The motorcycle offers a smooth ride thanks to its 37mm telescopic fork and a 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension. It rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with 100-section and 130-section radial tyres. Additionally, the Xtreme 160R has a seat height of 790mm, a ground clearance of 167mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters, ensuring both comfort and practicality for riders. Also, it now comes with a single-piece seat offering added comfort.
