Hero has launched the 2024 edition of its Xtreme 160 4V in India. This new model is available in a single Pro variant priced at Rs 1,38,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The latest edition comes with several updates and new technology. It also offers a unique Kevlar Brown colour option, which costs an additional Rs 1,000, bringing the total price to Rs 1,39,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). 2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V: What's New?
Talking about what's new, the Xtreme 160R 4V now features slight tweaks on the exterior appeal and comes with the new signature LED tail lamp. The pillion seat design has also changed from the sporty split seat, like those in Kawasaki Ninja models, to a single long seat similar to the Maverick 440. The graphics remain largely the same, but there is a new colour addition,
Kevlar Brown, alongside the existing Neon Shooting Star and Matte Slate Black colours, is available for the 2024 edition. Additionally, the bike now boasts some first-in-segment features, such as a Panic Brake Alert and a drag timer. The drag timer offers two modes: D1, which records your 0-60 km/h acceleration time, and D2, which times your quarter-mile (402m) runs.
The digital console has also been updated for 300% enhanced brightness. The bike retains its existing features, including Bluetooth connectivity, a USB charger port, an LED headlamp, a Bluetooth app, and more.

2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V: Unchanged
The Xtreme 160 4V continues to use the same engine, a 4-stroke, air-oil cooled, 4-valve setup. It produces 16.9 Ps of power at 8500 rpm and 14.6 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. It is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox and a multi-plate wet clutch.

2024 Hero Xtreme 160R 4V: Dimensions & Hardware
Regarding dimensions, it comes with a wheelbase of 1333 mm, a seat height of 795 mm, a ground clearance of 165 mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. The kerb weight is 146 kg.
For suspension, it has KYB USD forks with a 37mm diameter at the front and a 7-step adjustable mono-shock at the rear. The braking system includes a 276 mm petal disc at the front and a 220 mm petal disc at the rear.
