2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200: What's New?

The 2025 Pulsar RS200 retains the same core design from when it was first launched back in 2015. However, with the use of snazzy, dramatic angles, Bajaj has ensured that the RS200 continues to look fresh. The bikemaker has given it three new paint schemes; Glossy Racing Red, Pearl Metallic White, and Active Satin Black. The biggest change is at the rear; the section has been redesigned and now comes with a new integrated tail lamp, replacing the erstwhile twin-slat LED tail lights.

In terms of equipment, the RS200 now gets the same LCD instrument cluster with bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, dual-channel ABS, and three ride modes similar to other Pulsars in the lineup; Road, Rain, and Off-road.

Things remain familiar under the hood, with the 2025 RS200 retaining the same 199.5cc, liquid-cooled powertrain, producing 24.1bhp at 9750rpm and 18.7Nm at 8000rpm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox, also with a slip-and-assist clutch. It also retains the same 300mm front disc and 230mm rear disc braking setup, along with alloy rims shod on 17-inch tyres.

Verdict

The 2025 Pulsar RS200 has not been changed very dramatically, and until now it remained the only bike in the lineup that had not been updated in quite a while. The RS200 may not be as committed as some other motorcycles in this segment, but it remains a worthy contender for those who want a sportsbike that's usable on a daily basis.
