Verdict
Vespa's official press release mentions that both engine variants have been improved, offering smoother acceleration, better fuel efficiency, higher gradeability, and effortless handling. However, in terms of power output, they remain the same. This is a great achievement in terms of engineering, but the exorbitant pricing may create a barrier for potential buyers, as the Vespa is known for being a high-maintenance scooter. The cheapest model will cost nearly Rs 1.50 lakh on the road, while the top-spec variant could be even more expensive, with the on-road price reaching around Rs 2.20 lakh. Let's see how the audience responds to this new pricing.
