Meanwhile, the brand has no plans to launch any new vehicles in 2023. This was confirmed officially and sets the timeline of its launch to sometime in 2024. This move possibly stems from a long-standing order list of the Mahindra XUV700 and the 3-door Thar, which still touch a waiting period of up to an year for some variants.

The engine choices for the Thar 5-door will mirror those available for the 3-door variant.
