1. Panoramic Sunroof
If you remember, Kia Sonet introduced a single-pane sunroof right from the starting base variant, but that is also the same unit that you get in its top-tier variant as well. Setting a standard, the Mahindra XUV 3XO comes with a panoramic sunroof which not only adds to the brightness inside the cabin, it elevates the feeling that the buyers get from a sunroof. But is it practical for the Indian climatic conditions? Well, let's skip the debate and move to our next point.
2. Dual-Zone Climate Control
XUV 3XO offers the front-row occupants the flexibility of setting the temperature individually according to their own comfort. This extremely useful feature is missing on the Kia Sonet which gets a simple auto AC for the whole cabin.
3. Both Get ADAS, But Level-2?
Talking about ADAS, both the compact SUVs offer these assisting features. However, the Kia Sonet comes with Level 1 ADAS offering basic features. XUV 3XO on the other hand sets the bar with a Level 2 ADAS suit with advanced features like lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and more.

In comparison, the Sonet offers one type-C charging port in the front and two in the rear, along with a 12V charging socket, albeit lacking fast-charging capabilities.
5. Electronic Parking Brake
Keeping up the tech quotient, the convenience extends even further with the presence of the electronic parking brake on the Mahindra XUV 3XO. The Sonet continues with a conventional level for this operation.
