Following the introduction of India's pioneering CNG motorcycle, the Bajaj Freedom, which has garnered notable interest in several urban areas over the past eight months, it's understood that Bajaj is exploring an expansion of the Freedom product range. Internal reports suggest the manufacturer is considering the addition of premium-priced variants to complement the existing drum, drum LED, and disc LED models.

Freedom 125 CNG Powertrain
The Freedom 125's success is significantly attributed to its efficient 125cc air-cooled, bi-fuel engine, which provides a smooth ride and impressive fuel economy. Producing 9.4 hp and 9.7 Nm of torque, coupled with a 5-speed gearbox, it achieves an ARAI-certified 101 km/kg on CNG and 65 kmpl on petrol. Bajaj gave India, one of its most popular and sporty bike with the Pulsar, without breaking a bank and now, with the Freedom 125, it hopes to recreate the magic it once spelled. And that is true as well, keeping an eye on the sales of its CNG bike, it only makes sense for them to venture into 150cc motorcycle segment as well.
