Harley-Davidson X440 has received an update for its mid-spec Vivid and the top-spec S variant. The brand has launched 2 new colour options for the Vivid variant and a new colour option for the top-spec S variant. With the addition of new colour options the Vivid variant is now available in 4 colours and the S variant is available in 2 colour options. Read the details of the new palette options below. Harley-Davidson X440 New Colour Options
The HD X440 Vivid variant now comes with a new Goldfish Silver and a new Mustard colour. Moreover, the variant now gets a 3D tank Medallion as standard. Moving to the top-spec S variant, it now comes with a new Baja Orange colour option. The brand has kept the pricing of these new colour options similar to the existing colours.
The brand has not made any other changes in terms of design, features, and specifications. If we talk about the features, the X440 comes with a digital instrument console, LED headlamp, taillamp, and turn indicators, Bluetooth connectivity, among other features.
Moving to the engine department, it is powered by a 440cc single-cylinder engine producing 27 bhp of power and 38 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated with a 6-speed gearbox. The hardware of the motorcycle consists of 43mm KYB USD forks at the front, dual-spring shock absorbers with 7-step preload adjustment at the rear, 320mm front disc brake, and 240mm rear disc brakes aided with dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle rides on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels.
The HD X440 comes with a starting price of Rs 2.39 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The new colour options comes with the same price as the existing versions.

Verdict
Launched in 2023, the Harley-Davidson X440 does not received a great response from the customers. The sales number are not that strong, the new colour options might give the brand an edge to capture more customers. Made in partnership with Hero MotoCorp the X440 is the most affrodable Harley-Davidson motorcycle one can buy in the Indian market.
