The latest news of price increment is coming from the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world - Hero MotoCorp. Hero MotoCorp has hiked the prices of all its gearless scooters in India. So, as you have seen in the above table, all the Hero scooters currently on sale in India have witnessed a nominal price hike. The prices have been increased between Rs. 500 - Rs. 2,150 depending on the model and variant. Now, if we talk about the engine specs of these scooters, so the Pleasure Plus and the Maestro Edge 110 get the same mill. Both these gearless scooters are powered by a BS6 compliant 110.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This motor churns out 8.1 PS of power at 7000 RPM and 8.7 Nm of peak torque at 5500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a CVT and it also gets Hero's XSens smart sensor technology with a programmed fuel injection system.

The new Hero Maestro Edge 125 and the Destini 125 are powered by a BS6 compliant 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This motor churns out 9.1 PS of power at 7000 RPM and 10.4 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a CVT and it gets Hero's XSens fuel-injection technology too.
