The last few months have been very busy for the Indian subsidiary of this Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) Private Limited have launched a lot of new premium motorcycles in the country within the last six months and it all began with the launch of the H'ness CB 350. The new Honda H'ness CB 350 was launched in India in October 2020 and it received its first price hike in January 2021. Now, the company will be once again increasing its prices and that too substantially.
The Honda H'ness CB 350 is available in India in two variants. They are DLX and DLX Pro. Upon its launch in October 2020, the H'ness CB 350 was priced between Rs. 1.85 lakhs - Rs. 1.90 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. Then in January 2020, as all the automakers increase the prices of their products, similarly the prices of the H'ness CB 350 were also increased by Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 2,500 respectively for the DLX and DLX Pro variants. And now, within six months of its launch, the Honda H'ness CB 350 is all set to receive a price hike again.

This doesn't come as a surprise as most of the automakers will be increasing the prices of their products from April 1, 2021, citing an increase in overall manufacturing costs. However, what will surprise you is that the H'ness CB 350 will receive a major price hike. As per some media reports, Honda will increase the price of the H'ness CB 350 by 5,500 rupees. This means that the DLX variant of the motorcycle might be priced around Rs. 1.92 lakhs while the DLX Pro variant might retail at Rs. 1.98 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. This increment will make the bike significantly more expensive than before.

Also, it isn't clear whether the newly launched Honda CB 350 RS will get a price hike or not. The H'ness CB 350 won't receive any mechanical updates. It will still be powered by a BS6 compliant 348.3cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This motor churns out 21.07 PS of maximum power at 5500 RPM and 30 Nm of peak torque at 3000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
