Hyundai Motors India Limited came up with the revised price list of the cars under its lineup. Since April 2023, the price hike has been a standard procedure by almost all manufacturers, with TATA motors dropping hikes from May 2023. Now, the revised price list of the Hyundai Tucson is out for April 2023. Earlier, the Hyundai Aura, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, and the i20 have already received a higher retail tag.

This makes the Turbo diesel range from Rs. 31,12,700 for the Platinum Automatic and tops out at Rs. 35,46,300 for the Signature 4WD Dual Tone Automatic. Like the Petrol variants, there is no option for manual transmission in any combination.
Powertrain
The premium SUV from Hyundai comes in 2 powertrain options. A 2.0-liter Normal Petrol This engine makes 156PS of power at 6200rpm and 192Nm of torque at 4500rpm mated to a 6-speed Automatic transmission. Also, the 4th-gen Hyundai Tucson comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel unit producing 183 BHP @ 4000 rpm and 416 Nm @ 2000-2750 rpm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard.

VERDICT- The price hike of 12,600 is not very high considering the overall price range of Tucson. No variants have been discontinued as well.
