The Jeep Compass is available in four different models in India: Sport, Longitude (O), Limited (O), and Model S (O). In India, the Compass Sport is the entry-level trim of the Compass series, with two engine options. The 1.4 litre Multijet Petrol engine comes with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed DDCT transmission. A 2.0-liter Multijet diesel engine with a 6-speed manual transmission is another option. The petrol engine generates 163 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque, while the diesel engine generates 170 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque.

Jeep Compass Longitude (O) Rs 21.29 Lakh- 22.09 Lakh (Ex-showroom)
The Jeep Compass Longitude is the second model in the Compass family. This model comes with two engines: a 1.4 litre petrol engine and a 2.0 litre diesel engine. The petrol engine comes with a DDCT transmission, while the diesel engine comes with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Longitude (O) has all of the features of the Sport variant, plus some additional exterior and interior enhancements that are detailed below.

Jeep Compass Limited (O) Rs 23.39 Lakh Rs 27.19 Lakh (Ex-Showroom)
The Compass Limited is the third trim level, and it comes with three engine and transmission options. There are two petrol engines with manual and DDCT transmission, similar to the Sport model. The advantage of this model is that it has a 4x4 option and a diesel engine with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The other two gearbox options are a 6-speed manual transmission in diesel and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission in petrol.

Among the Jeep Compass variants, Model S is the highest-spec variation of the Compass series. The model includes all of the standard features as well as a few extras. The engine options for the Jeep Compass Variant S include the same transmission and engine options as the Limited (O) model.
