Verdict
The updated Kia Sonet appears to strengthen its position in the highly competitive subcompact SUV segment. With added features such as ADAS, a larger touchscreen, and a digital instrument cluster, it aims to enhance its mass appeal. While maintaining the trust factor with familiar engine options, the Sonet faces a challenging road ahead, especially with competitors like the Tata Nexon in the mix. However, a renewed battle for the top spot in the segment is set to unfold as the refreshed Sonet arrives in showrooms.
