Kia has opened the bookings for the recently unveiled Kia Sonet facelift starting December 20 at Rs. 25,000 token price. While the pricing details are expected to be disclosed in early January, the company plans to kick off deliveries by mid-January. The waiting periods are anticipated to be within a reasonable timeframe, with no expected delays. For diesel-manual variants, deliveries are scheduled to commence slightly later, starting in February 2024. Kia Sonet Facelift: Delivery Timeline Revealed
Kia has disclosed the anticipated delivery timelines for the recently unveiled Sonet facelift. The diesel manual (MT) variants are slated for delivery commencement in February 2024, while customers opting for other variants can expect deliveries to begin in January. Additionally, Kia has introduced a priority delivery offer for customers using the K-Code.

To secure priority delivery for the new Sonet facelift, potential buyers can obtain a K-code from an existing Kia owner by entering their vehicle details on Kia India's website or through the MyKia app between December 14-20. The K-code, acquired through this process, enables customers to fast-track their booking and enjoy priority delivery. It's important to note that the K-code offer is exclusive to online bookings made on December 20, from midnight to 11.59 pm.
What Changes With This Facelift
The refreshed Kia Sonet boasts several updates, including new LED headlamps and taillights, stylish LED fog lights, all-wheel disc brakes, and fresh 16-inch alloy wheels. The interior enhancements feature a powered driver seat, a vibrant digital instrument console, Level 1 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, rear door sunshade curtains, and standard six airbags. Additionally, it offers ventilated front seats, an electric sunroof, drive modes, cruise control, climate control, OTA updates, and a premium seven-speaker Bose sound system.
Engine Specs
The Sonet facelift retains its three-engine lineup: an 83hp, 1.2-liter, four-cylinder petrol engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox; a 120hp, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine; and a 116hp, 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine. The turbo-petrol and diesel variants are equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch and 6-speed torque converter automatic, respectively. Additionally, the turbo-petrol and diesel versions offer a 6-speed iMT and a 6-speed manual, respectively, with the manual returning to the diesel variant.
