To reserve this exciting 5-door off-roader, the Mahindra Thar Roxx, head over to the Mahindra website. You'll need to register your interest by providing your mobile number. Once you receive the OTP, you can select your desired model and view the prices. After paying the token amount of Rs. 21,000, you'll be given an estimated delivery date, with deliveries expected to start on Dusshera, October 12, 2024. However, unofficial bookings have been around for quite some time already and those numbers have already breached the 3-month wait timeline. This makes it almost obvious that the demand and supply issues might occur with this one as well.
If you're acquainted with the 3-door Thar, the Thar Roxx showcases a remarkable upgrade in both luxury and features. It offers a wealth of amenities, such as ventilated seats, a fully digital instrument cluster, and an electronic parking brake. The 26.03 cm infotainment display is enhanced by a 9-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a 360-degree camera, and Level-2 ADAS. Engine Specifications: Diesel And Petrol
The Thar comes with two engine options: a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol and a 2.2-liter diesel. The petrol variant delivers 150 hp and 330 Nm of torque in the base manual model, with an increase to 160 hp (while torque remains the same) in higher trims. The automatic petrol version impressively produces 175 hp and 380 Nm. On the diesel front, the engine generates 150 hp and 330 Nm for both manual and automatic rear-wheel-drive configurations. Meanwhile, the top-spec four-wheel-drive automatic variant offers 171 hp and 370 Nm of torque.
