Mahindra XUV 3XO Deliveries: 1500 Units Delivered On The First Day
The all-new Mahindra XUV 3XO seems poised for a similar success story as the XUV700. Within just an hour of its launch, it amassed over 50,000 bookings, with 27,000 orders pouring in within the initial 10 minutes. Deliveries began on May 26, 2024, with dealerships across the nation handing over more than 1,500 units on the very first day.
During the launch event, Mahindra disclosed plans to produce 9,000 units of the XUV 3XO per month, with over 10,000 already manufactured to meet the soaring demand for this subcompact SUV. While this ramp-up in production will undoubtedly alleviate waiting times, prospective buyers should anticipate extended wait periods stretching all the way up to the end of 2024. However, currently, only the AX5, AX5 L, MX3, and MX3 Pro variants are being delivered first while the range-topping AX7 and the AX7 L trims deliveries are poised for late June.

The XUV 3XO presents a choice between two turbo petrol engines. The first is a 1.2-liter engine delivering 110 bhp and 200 Nm of torque, available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or AMT gearbox. The alternative is a 1.2-liter TGDi turbo engine, generating 130 bhp and 230 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque converter sourced from Aisin. Additionally, there's a 1.5-liter diesel engine producing 115 bhp and 300 Nm of torque, with transmission options including a 6-speed manual or AMT.
