With the competition from the rivals rising day by day, MG is now working on the Hector facelift which is expected to go on sale next year. The MG Hector facelift is expected to feature a number of changes in terms of exterior styling and equipment list. The facelift model has been seen a number of times testing on the Indian roads. MG is currently offering four vehicles in the country which include Hector, Hector Plus, ZS EV, and the newly launched Gloster.
For starters, the MG Hector facelift is expected to get a new front end. The changes to the front should include a new radiator grille with black mesh and satin grey surrounds. In addition to this, the car is also believed to retain the chrome outlining on the grille, the vertically split headlamps design, front bumper, and other small styling elements as seen on the present Hector. Changes to the side include the introduction of new dual-tone alloy wheels. Some other minor tweaks may also be made to the overall side profile.

The rear-end of the facelift model may also feature some cosmetical changes. To begin with, the car is expected to be offered with a new black garnish with thick chrome underline connecting the tail-lamps. In addition to this, there will be no changes made to the overall profile of the car. The facelift model of the vehicle is also expected to retain the current engine options on offer.
Moreover, with the launch of the facelift model, the Hector is expected to be offered with a few new features. It is also worth noting that the car will be offered with updated iSmart Suite which will definitely make the overall infotainment system much better than before. Other features like a big vertical touchscreen system, powered tailgate, rear AC, automatic climate control, etc will be carried forward to the new model.
