Talking about the MG VPHY first, through this app, you can have a complete professional demonstration of the MG Hector and MG ZS EV digitally without hitting the showroom. It explains all the specs and features through images and videos and there is no physical contact needed. The MY MG is used by existing MG owners for booking of service and a host of other features like service reminders, warranty and offers, online payment of service etc.
MG India has also taken certain measures at dealership level as well. All the touchpoints of every dealership are properly sanitized and sanitizers have been placed at key areas. The display cars parked in the showroom are sanitized after every demonstration to every customer. All the employees and customers are thermally screened before entry. The test cars will be sanitized after every drive and the interiors will be covered with a car care kit, mainly for the steering wheel and gear lever. On top of that, all the test cars will have hand sanitizer and wet wipes. All the hand-held devices are also sanitized after every use.

MG also provides full car sanitization to customers whenever they want. Mg offers MGerm clean which thoroughly disinfects the whole interior of your car. MG is also offering air + surface sterilization kit which is the first time in India. MG@Home also offers small car repairs and sanitization at your home and if the repair needs to be done at the workshop, the dealership staff will take to car to the workshop and fully sanitize after the repairs are done. The MG Shield+ program offers 360-degree safety for all its workers and customers.
