Additionally, there's speculation that this facelift will incorporate Level 2 ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, forward collision warning, Blind Spot Monitoring, and more.
Nissan Magnite Facelift: Engine, Expected Launch Timeline And More
Under the hood, the upcoming facelift is expected to maintain its engine options, offering a choice between two powertrains. The first is a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, delivering 71 bhp of power and 96 Nm of torque, mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
Alternatively, there's a punchier 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, generating 99 bhp of power and 160 Nm of torque, paired with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a CVT. The new model is likely to sport a more athletic-looking gear lever, enhancing its overall appeal.
Expected to hit the Indian market towards the end of 2024, possibly in December or early 2025, this facelift is anticipated to be priced between Rs 7.00 lakh and 12.00 lakh. It will compete with rivals such as the Tata Punch, Renault Kiger, and Citroen C3, among others.
