Ather 450X and 450 Apex Discounts & Offers
Ather Energy is currently offering discounts of upto Rs 25,000 on the 450X and the 450 Apex scooters. Those who purchase either of the scooters with the Pro Pack can additionally avail benefits such as an 8-year extended battery warranty at no extra cost, along with free charging for a year at the Ather Grid charging network, and a discount of Rs 5,000 on the purchase of the scooter.
In order to further sweeten the deal, buyers can also avail a cashback of Rs 10,000 on select credit card EMI transactions.
The Ather 450X is available in two variants with varying battery packs; a 2.9kWh unit and a 3.7kWh unit. Both variants come with a mid-mount electric motor producing 8.5bhp and 26Nm of torque. The 2.9kWh battery variant can be charged from 0-80% in a claimed time of 6.3 hours, and it gets an IDC claimed range of 111km on a single charge.
Meanwhile the 3.7kWh battery variant takes 4.3 hours for the same charging percentage, and it gets a claimed range of 150km on a single charge, as per the IDC norms. Both variants are identical in terms of performance, reaching a claimed top speed of 90kmph, and they also share a 7-inch TFT touch screen with Google Maps integration, side-stand power cut-off, tow and theft detection alerts, emergency braking signal, self-cancelling turn indicators, and hill-hold among many other things.

The 450 Apex is the flagship of Ather's 450 lineup. It receives a transparent bodywork similar to the Collector's Edition from back in 2020, along with a contrasting paint scheme. The mid-mount motor squeezes out a bit more in terms of performance, as the 450 Apex breaches the 100kmph mark, while covering a 0-40kmph run in just 2.9 seconds; that is 0.4 seconds faster than the standard 450X. It also comes with a new Warp+ ride mode, along with a unique Magic Twist regen function which works even at 100% charge.
