In its ten-year journey, the Renault Duster has carved out a niche among Indian SUV buyers. Renault Duster made its debut in India in 2012, and it quickly established itself as one of the most capable compact SUVs. Mechanically, the Renault Duster comes with two petrol engines. The 1.5-litre engine gives 105 bhp and 142 Nm torque, while the 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine churns out 154 bhp and 254 pound-feet of peak torque. The former had a five-speed manual transmission, while the latter had a six-speed manual plus a CVT. Unfortunately, the Renault Duster lost its most distinctive feature, an all-wheel-drive option, with the BS6 upgrade.
If we talk about the features, 17-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, electrically-foldable ORVMs, a reverse parking camera, a height-adjustable driver seat, a driver armrest, and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility were among the Renault Duster's features.
