Skoda Superb With Massive Discounts This Month
With sedan sales slumping in the country, Skoda decided to pull the plug on its local assembly of Skoda Superb in India, although C-segment sedans were doing okay, and that was Skoda Slavia's turf. Although Skoda India has stated that the imported third-generation Superb is sold out, some dealerships still have remaining stock, which is being offered at significant discounts of Rs 15-18 lakh off the Rs 54 lakh ex-showroom price. In fact, there are several unregistered Superb units available for sale at multi-brand dealerships across India. Of the 100 units originally imported, around 20-25 unsold cars are still up for grabs, allowing buyers to take advantage of these substantial savings.
The Skoda Superb's interior boasts a luxurious feel with cognac perforated leather upholstery and a two-spoke steering wheel adorned with Laurin & Klement badging. It comes equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 11-speaker Canton sound system, and a Skoda virtual cockpit for a modern tech experience. The new Skoda Superb is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 190 PS of power and 350 Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission for smooth and responsive performance. The Superb is available in a single variant only, restarining the selection options.
