Popular singer, Sonu Nigam recently took the keys to a Kia Carnival. However, it's not known whether he has picked the Prestige or the Limousine variant
Popular Bellwood singer, Sonu Nigam just bought a Kia Carnival. The updated MPV which features the new Kia logo along with subtle exterior and interior tweaks was his purchase. Were not sure about the variant/trim that the singer has gone for, but chances are it might be the Prestige or Limousine model. Prices for the Kia Carnival start from Rs. 24,95,000* for the base Premium 7 seater, and it goes all the way up to Rs. 33,99,000* for the top-of-the-line Limousine Plus 7 seater.
The Kia Carnival is available in three trim levels: Premium, Prestige, and Limousine. The 7-seater configuration is standard in all three trims, but only the Premium and Prestige trim gets 8-seater and 9-seater configurations respectively. Irrespective of the trims all three models are feature-rich and all three are high on safety.

Some of the standout features available across the Kia Carnival trims include, tri-zone automatic climate control, on-board air purifier, dual touchscreen rear-seat entertainment, dual-panel electric sunroof, smart power tailgate, and one-touch power sliding doors for easy ingress and egress of second-row passengers.
Besides, every trim comes with its exclusive features as well. Like the top of the line, Carnival Prestige trims come with an 8-speaker Harmon Kardon sound system, 10.1 Dual touchscreen rear-seat entertainment, a 10-way power adjustable, and ventilated drivers seat. The base Premium model is not privy to such features, however, it does get dual airbags with EBD, and premium fabric seats, along with a one-touch sliding door to name a few.

Speaking of safety, aside from the standard dual airbags, theres also curtain airbags available with Prestige and Limousine Carnival trims. Kia utilizes high-strength steel, and adhesives to strengthen the core strength of the MPV. There are also front and rear parking sensors, along with Hill descent control and Electronic Stability Control.
Mechanically, the 2021 Kia Carnival is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 200 Ps and a peak torque of 440 Nm. This unit comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
